On the 500 BUSINES WOMEN celebration, entrepreneurs take time for themselves, for friendship, socializing, networking, joy, and learning. They put on red shoes, or wrap a red scarf around their neck, wear a red dress, or jacket, and on April 23, 2025, they direct their energy towards a leap into the future.
It will be a celebration of connection and collaboration, a meeting point of inspiring stories, a place for new friendships from home and abroad, and a time for new experiences. This year's theme is PEACE!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
REGISTRATION
Registration will take place with a QR code received by each participant on a paid ticket. Make sure you have a QR code on your mobile phone or a written ticket on paper on arrival. Upon registration also submit your business card to the buffalo for a draw of nice prizes at the end of the event.
EXHIBITION STANDS
Visit the exhibitors ’standings. In the envelope you picked up at the time of registration, a ballot card awaits you to vote for the stall, which particularly impressed you. The exhibitor with the most cards receives a special recognition from the organizer.
Breakfast for Entrepreneurs
A group of food entrepreneurs will once again offer you »Breakfast of Entrepreneurs «. Refresh yourself and indulge in some sweet sin as well!
Café
The aroma of Barcaffe coffee and sweet/savory snacks prepared by participating female entrepreneurs will greet you for a warm morning welcome.
BOOKSTORE 500PODJETNIC
The latest printed works of women entrepreneurs will be on display at the bookstore, where you can also decide to buy.
NETWORKING
You wanted more time to network, more knowledge and an entrepreneurial role model. All of this is included in this year’s rich program. Not only that. With us will also be extremely interesting speakers from abroad, which bring insight into other business environments.
HALL
We have enlarged the central conference space! The stage and tables will be connected by a runway from which the speakers will present themselves to you, and the moderators of the event will interactively connect the program.
SPEAKER'S CORNER
Female entrepreneurs selected in the competition for the best entrepreneurial idea (INA3) will present their ideas in short pitches, and you will evaluate them. The top three will receive financial prizes (First prize 1000 EUR, second prize 800 EUR, third prize 600 EUR).
Consulting Corners and Match Making Space
In the hall, there will be consulting corners and a SPOT point. As we facilitate the search for business partners, we invite you to fill out a special form indicating the type of partnership you are seeking and what you are offering. There will be ample space for short pre-arranged business meetings at the event. A timely completed questionnaire will ensure successful discussions (until March 20, 2025).
